Things were wild at this family fun adventure. Opening its doors in 1933, this statewide popular attraction closed forever back in 2006, breaking the hearts of many. With 2016 marking the zoo’s 10 year anniversary since closing, the conversation on reviving the fond memories of what once was has picked up again.
