Tucked away at Tractor Brewing Company in Wells Park, this homegrown eatery started out as a food truck back in 2020, with the goal of blending homestyle Italian fare and classic New Mexican flavors.

Chef Kayla Vallejos and wife, Misty, knew they wanted to bring a taste of home with them when they dove into the downtown ABQ food scene. "From heart to table" speaks highly of the love that goes into every dish that Vallejos whips up!

The result? Everything from the Ciao Amigo - a refreshing green chile, salami, provolone, and gabagool panini drizzled in red chile aioli - to carne adovada and cheddar-stuffed ravioli.

Go Italian with the Smoked Caprese, topped with fresh Opal basil on local ciabatta.

Or go full Southwest on Taco Tuesdays.

Or a mix of both! Either way, the food drool is real.

Homemade pastas are just the way your abuela would have prepared them if she was from New Jersey. And every ingredient is carefully prepared and seasoned to perfection using local ingredients whenever possible.

With years of restaurant experience under her belt, Vallejos is a true culinary gem, and always happy to accommodate special requests, as well as break out her stellar plating skills and creative cuisine talents by partnering with other local businesses for special events and celebrations.

In the past, the casual Stranger Things get-togethers have always been a hit! Complete with themed treats, of course. Like the Eleven-inspired Eggo ice cream sandwiches filled with vanilla ice cream, bacon, bloody bourbon maple syrup, and salted caramel. They're a grown-up treat that is worth the hype!
