This Delicious Restaurant In New Mexico On A Rural Country Road Is A Hidden Culinary Gem
The southwest, and New Mexico specifically, are home to some of the best food around—even if you have to travel for it. This restaurant gives you a dining experience unlike any other, from the incredible steaks to an atmosphere that you won’t want to leave. The restaurant is also a boutique store, and has an eye-opening history of the Wild West. This place might be out there on a rural road, but it sure isn’t quiet.
In 1873, a general store and post office sat upon the Hondo River Valley in a town that was then called Analla. Outlaws and murderers were involved with the general store at the time, and rumor has it that some of them are still buried on the property to this day.
They renamed the store "Tinnie" after their daughter.
People have reported strange sounds and ghost sightings, though no one can confirm. Tinnie still displays much art and antiques from the past.
