Owner Phil Chavez is the face of The Grill, and will always greet you with a smile. His love of burgers led him to open the restaurant after operating other family restaurants in Gallup, Shiprock, and Farmington. Don't be surprised if your meal is cooked by the one and only Phil.
One of the reasons the burgers and steaks at The Grill are so noteworthy is because of the grill! Everything at this awesome ABQ spot is grilled on their signature mesquite grill that brings a unique, interesting flavor to every dish. The grill raises and lowers via a hand-crank, for a true old-fashioned feel.
These burgers are juicy and tasty, and come in three different sizes. No matter your hunger level, you're sure to leave fully satisfied. Phil himself has mastered the art of grilling meat perfectly, so it'll come out to your exact preference every time.
In the dining room is a burger bar, featuring every topping you can imagine. In the bar is also a bin full of crispy, salty tortilla chips and zesty salsa to start your meal out right. This wouldn't be a true New Mexico establishment without chips and salsa too.
