Just a short drive from Santa Fe will lead you to the friendliest establishment with truly authentic and traditional dishes, margaritas, and stuffed sopaipillas. You won’t regret a trip to this quaint “factory” that serves up all of your favorites with a smile.

Located just 15 minutes from Santa Fe or Los Alamos in Pojoaque, this restaurant is the perfect place to stop and enjoy an incredible meal after visiting Bandelier or the Santa Fe Opera.

Over ten years ago, a few coworkers at the local restaurant Tomasita's decided to open their own restaurant. They found the perfect location in Pojoaque and set out to serve the freshest meals that are made in small batches to ensure freshness. They still uphold this philosophy to this day, and offer the freshest New Mexican favorites around.

Besides enchiladas, tacos, and burritos, Sopaipilla Factory offers authentic Tampiquena style rib eye steak as well as traditional soups deriving from Mexico. There's always something new to try here.

After moving to Pojoaque, nearby Sikh community members embraced the restaurant and offered to help them provide more vegetarian options. Now, Sopaipilla Factory's expansive menu features an entire page of vegetarian dishes that even make carnivores mouths water.

If you aren't from New Mexico, you may not have had a sopaipilla. This dish is a fried pastry that's been a delicacy in several regions with Spanish heritage, including New Mexico. Sopaipilla Factory serves up the best original and stuffed sopaipillas that are simply to die for.
