New Mexico has its share of flea markets and antique stores. However, one of the biggest and best antique malls in the state lies off the beaten path, in the city of Hobbs. If you favor items with a little history over mass-produced goods, then you’ll love this place. In fact, you may never want to leave.
Nana’s Collectibles and Antique Mall occupies a 10,000 square foot space.
This place is a warren of intriguing nooks and crannies, containing a range of items so vast that there really is something for everyone.
Many of the booths – there are 100 of them – are arranged into mini rooms.
You know that whatever you unearth here is going to be one-of-a-kind.
This antique mall is heavy on wood furniture…
…vintage finds like old gas station signs…
…And completely unexpected items.
Bank safe, anyone?
This store will help you cultivate your hoarding tendencies, with items like license plates and retro luggage.
The mall seems to go on...
...for days.
Since it would be hard to monitor such a large area, leave bags or strollers at home or in the car.
This hidden gem is located at 905 E Bender Boulevard in Hobbs. The store is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. It stays open half an hour later on Saturdays and is closed on Sunday. For more information, visit this Facebook page.
