El Farolito Is A Little-Known New Mexico Restaurant That’s In The Middle Of Nowhere, But Worth The Drive

Sometimes delicious, mouth-watering food is worth the drive and that is certainly the case at El Farolita. This Mexican restaurant is located in the tiny town of El Rito, New Mexico, approximately 60 miles from Santa Fe, and it’s definitely the kind of place you’ll want to visit again and again.

Many travelers on New Mexico State Route 554 may drive past this unique, family-run restaurant. El Farolito is only a few hundred square feet in size and features a small handful of tables inside this out-of-the-way restaurant.

Despite being small in size, you better come to this restaurant with an enormous appetite. The meals are large, filling, and packed with incredible, satisfying flavors.
