The building started as a Texaco gas station before becoming the Liberty Cafe in 1923. From that point, a number of different restaurants and cafes called this quaint location on Don Gaspar home until Cafe Pasqual's took over in 1979, and the rest was history.

It's hard to decide which meal at Cafe Pasqual's is our favorite. While everything is absolutely delicious, I think their breakfast is my favorite, with dishes like Huevos Motuleños, Tofu Chorizo Scramble, and Smoked Trout Hash. No matter what you order, you won't regret having brunch in Santa Fe here.
The Cozy Atmosphere Makes Every Meal Feel Special
The restaurant also doubles as an art gallery. Murals, including a giant five-panel mural by an Oaxacan artist, decorate the walls of this restaurant for you to enjoy as you eat and talk with friends. There's also a community table located in the middle of the dining room where you have the chance to share a meal with new friends at a giant 12-person table.
Cafe Pasqual's also sells other art, both in-store and online, where you can find tons of unique items made by local artists.

But Cafe Pasqual’s in New Mexico offers more than some of the best breakfast in Santa Fe. Another crowd favorite is the burritos covered in delicious red and green Chile salsa. The Mexican hot chocolate is also highly recommended.
You can find Cafe Pasqual's at 121 Don Gaspar Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87501. Breakfast and lunch are served from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day. Dinner is available from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m on Friday and Saturday. Reservations can be made online or by calling the restaurant.
