If you have a craving for a delicious burrito and you have a gigantic appetite, Cecilia’s Café in Albuquerque, New Mexico, will become your favorite small cafe. This Southwestern restaurant is home to the incredible 10-pound Fireman’s Burrito. Eating this large burrito in its entirety may become one of the most difficult challenges you have ever tackled.

Cecilia’s Café is a small, hole-in-the-wall Mexican cafe located on 6th Street SW in Albuquerque.

Cecilia’s Café has limited seating, but each meal is packed with large flavors.

The 10-pound Fireman’s Burrito is a hearty dish at this café.

The burrito is filled with eggs, sausage, potatoes, bacon, pork that is marinated in a red chile sauce, fried pork belly, cheese, beans, chiles, and three 12-inch tortillas.

To complete the Fireman Burrito Challenge, you have one hour to clean your plate.

If you complete the challenge, your meal is free. You will also receive a free sweatshirt and jacket. Your picture will also be placed on the café’s Wall of Fame.
