The Astronomical World Of Harry Potter!

As you may recall, Hogwarts (pictured) had an astronomy tower, and an astronomy class led by Aurora Sinistra. In this muggle-friendly astronomy class, participants will learn about all the ways the characters and events in Harry Potter take their origins from the stars and constellations. From the bright star Sirius, in the constellation Canis Major, also known as the Big Dog, to the stars Regulus and Bellatrix, the night sky is filled with some of your favorite, and least favorite, Harry Potter characters! There are also dragons, centaurs and werewolves waiting for you to discover them in the stars.

In addition to the special show and star chat, guests will enjoy themed refreshments, wand making, a potions class, and wizardly games and activities. Two courses are available, Beginner Astronomy (recommended for children age 6 and up and their families) and Advanced Astronomy (recommended for children 12 and up, and adults). Tickets are $20 and while tickets for 2/23 are already sold out, tickets for 2/24 will go on sale tomorrow (1/4) at 10 a.m..
