The large windows provide unparalleled views of Las Vegas.

Twist's menu combines traditional French cuisine with a modern twist, and Chef Gagnaire's dishes are as beautiful as the restaurant itself. One first course offering: Raw and poached shellfish, marine broth, yuzu-yogurt sorbet, and grated chestnuts and hazelnuts.

Twist also showcases the finest cuts of meat in the world such as Japanese Wagyu Beef, pictured here with truffles.

Another tempting entree is the Muscovy duck aiguillettes with green pepper, casis bigarade sauce, braised daikon turnips, Marguerite potatoes, and huckleberries.

Chef Gagnaire's decadent foie gras ravioli with seared langoustine, dried orange zezette bouillon, and Paris mushroom salad. C'est magnifique!

This enticing spring-themed seared foie gras dish is truly a work of art.

This beautiful venison loin entree is almost too beautiful to eat.

Twist also features seafood like this perfect entree of grilled salmon.

And for dessert, decadent black chocolate ganache, milk caramel ball, with a Bailey's and coffee granite.

Or how about this mouth-watering puff pastry mille feuille?
