El Grito isn't listed on the map because it's a food truck, so its location moves. But it's usually a good bet you'll find it around Capitol Square or down State St., so this is a good spot on the list for it. Tex-Mex or Southwestern style options are great, as are street food style, but if you wan something more authentic, this is where you go. A grocery store with a hidden cafe in back, this place is pure hidden gem. It's like walking into someone's abuelita's kitchen. The prices are low, the food is so flavorful and this chock full platter is the sampler. Folks dig the carnitas and the steak tacos here.
