The park was recently named by USA Today as the most beautiful natural wonder in the state of Tennessee! With all of the waterfalls, gorges, and cascades, it's hard to argue.
The most popular spot in the park is the eponymous waterfall, which can be observed from an overlook deck accessible by car.
The falls are absolutely breathtaking, no matter the time of year. At 256 feet tall, they're one of the highest waterfalls in the Eastern United States.
If you love more about the outdoors than just waterfalls, though, then Fall Creek Falls has tons of gorgeous experiences for you as well. You could spend a week on their trails and not see everything the park has to offer with over 50 miles of trails.
For those who love camping, the state park has plenty of options for you. The park boasts 30 cabins and over 200 camping sites across five different areas of the park.
