Whether you choose to join a group ride or to embark on a private tour, you'll guide your horse through the snow-covered woods near Paradise Stream Resort.

Guided group trail tours run for between 45 and 50 minutes. However, your entire experience, which includes instruction and mounting of your horse, will last more than an hour.

Riders must be at least 7 years old and stand a minimum of 50 inches tall.

Your guide will lead you through the picturesque, winding trail, where you just might catch sight of local wildlife before crossing a stream.

If you prefer a private experience, you can reserve a private ride. The private tour lasts an hour and includes the same route as the group ride.

Whether you opt for a private or for a group ride, make sure you dress appropriately for horseback riding and for the weather.

Comfortable pants, gloves, coats, and sturdy shoes or boots are recommended. Boots/shoes should, if possible, have no higher than an inch or a 1.5-inch heel.

Be sure to arrive between 15 minutes and a half an hour before your scheduled ride time. Group tours cost $45 per person (as of November 2019). A private ride has a $75 fee.
