The weather is cooling down, and Halloween is happening soon, so it's time to find a farm with some fun, fall activities and a pumpkin patch! Smith Rock Ranch is a family-owned, working farm that grows carrots, onions, wheat, hay, and pumpkins. Every fall, they open the farm up to guests for a month-long celebration. Check it out:

For many Oregon families, it's a fall tradition to head to the town of Terrebone to visit Smith Rock Ranch.

You'll find it at 1250 NE Wilcox Ave., Terrebonne, OR 97760.

This pretty farm sits right on the edge of Smith Rock State Park. It's a slice of rural beauty right next to the stunning cliffs of the park.

The corn maze is particularly popular, and every year the theme is different. This year's theme is "Wild Wild West."

The corn maze is just one of many activities included in the ticket package. Play putt-putt on the nine-hole golf course...

You can also explore the farm on a horse-drawn wagon ride. The Clydesdales are absolutely beautiful!

Little guests will enjoy pony rides...

...and everyone in the family can take a trip on the Zoo Train.

A petting zoo, hay maze, face painting, and live music are also included in your ticket package.

Once you've enjoyed all the activities, pay a visit to the pumpkin patch and pick out the perfect pumpkin for your porch.

You'll also want to pay a visit to the Harvest Market, where you can pick up squash, honey, jam, and gift items.

Precautions are in place to keep everyone safe from Covid-19 exposure. Masks are required, and visitors must maintain a six-foot distance from other parties. The ranch is creating paper tickets instead of tokens this year, and you'll reserve a two-hour time slot to keep the number of visitors lower.
