4. Crane

This small town in Harney County has only five businesses and ranks fourth among the sunniest places in Oregon, with 215 days of sunshine. And like Hines, it boasts some of the best hot springs in Oregon.

5. Hines

Hines is a small city outside of Burns (which, by the way, is home to some of the best hot springs in Oregon) with roots in the lumber industry, and plenty of sunshine (averaging 214 days per year), of course.

6. Merrill

Merrill is a little city with lots of sun and the beloved Klamath Basin Potato Festival. With 214 sunny days on average each year, the weather should be good for the festival!

7. Altamont

Situated outside the Klamath Falls city limits, Altamont’s 19,000 residents enjoy great weather and abundant sunshine — 224 days on average per year, in fact!

8. Bonanza

With over 200 beautiful days annually, this town on the Lost River near the California border gets a lot of sunlight. An abundance of sunlight isn't the town's only perk, though. It's also a short drive to some great sites, including Crater Lake National Park.

9. Lakeview

Get your tan on in Lakeview, the city with the ninth best weather in Oregon, with just over 200 days of sunshine. But being one of the sunniest places in Oregon isn't Lakeview's only distinguishing characteristic. There's also the fact that it's the tallest town in Oregon.

10. New Pine Creek

New Pine Creek is a small town in Lake County and is the tenth sunniest city in Oregon, with an average of 213 sunny days. That's not the only thing that makes it one of the most unique towns in Oregon, though. There's also the fact that it's half in Oregon and half in California.
