The Underrated Local Park In North Carolina Where You Can Admire Sculptures
The Western North Carolina Sculpture Center has an extraordinary park with unique features in North Carolina. This free WNC Sculpture Park and Trail encourages interaction between the public and the artists who create large-scale sculptures and installations, transforming the space into an interesting landscape. Another exciting aspect of this public art exhibition is it's always revolving, so if you've seen some of the imaginative structures, go back to admire the new ones on the nearby hiking trails.
Located on 1,400 acres on the Patterson School Foundation grounds, the WNC Sculpture Park is free and open to the public from dawn until dusk.
It's also near the Blue Ridge Parkway with access to other lovely parks, hikes, and waterfalls.

The history of furniture manufacturing in the area provides access to materials used for a variety of sculptural projects.

Some of the sculptures are lifted in.
