Visiting This One Place In New York Is Like Experiencing A Dream

One thing our residents are never struggling to find is a serene getaway where you can unwind and take in the endless supply of beauty all around you. From mind-blowing state parks to secret getaways out-of-towners would never know about, we're always partial to relaxing by one of our breathtaking waterfalls. Referred to by many as the "Grand Canyon of The East," Letchworth State Park found in Castille out in Western New York is one of the most spectacular places you can visit in our state.

Roughly 17 miles long, Letchworth has amazing hiking trails to explore that are always maintained well and will take your breath away.

After thousands of years of the Genesee River flowing through this area, these nearly 600 foot high cliffs were formed, creating insane views throughout the park.

Inside this park you'll be amazed by 3 remarkable waterfalls. No matter which season you visit, they'll always make you feel like you've stepped into a dream!

Beautifully captured here, you can see the Upper Falls of Letchworth.

The most popular to visit out of the three waterfalls, the Middle Falls are often viewed during warmer months via hot air balloon.

Standing at over 100 feet tall, the Middle Falls are lit up at night through the months of May to October.

Last but surely not least, you can see the magical Lower Falls.

While there's so much to explore inside Letchworth State Park, another dreamy area in the park to explore is Wolf Creek!

If you're in need of any further proof that Letchworth is truly a magical place worth visiting, make sure you watch this incredible drone footage captured above the falls:
