New Mexico’s Spring River Zoo Is An Adorable Summer Destination For The Entire Family
Spring River Zoo in Roswell, New Mexico offers a family-friendly, educational, and fun experience with various animal exhibits and unique attractions.
If you are looking for a family-friendly outing that is educational, fun, and super adorable, the Spring River Zoo must be at the top of your list. Located in Roswell, New Mexico, this 34-acre park and zoo has something that will capture the attention of every family member.
The Spring River Zoo consists of five main zoo areas for families to explore.
These areas include the Capitan Trail, Around the World, Mountain Habitats, Ranch Heritage Exhibit, and carousel and train rides.
Each area is home to many large and small animals.
For example, as you explore the Around the World area, you can get a close look at the fun-loving lemurs. Other animals in this area include a raven, wallabies, beavers, and more.
A popular area of the zoo is the Mountain Habitats. Here, you can spend some time watching the large cats.
You may even get your own show by Kevin, the potbelly pig. Kevin likes to show his tricks to the zoo guests.
