There Are Giant Playgrounds Hiding At A Park Above In New Mexico, Just Like Something Out Of A Storybook

A Park Above is one of the biggest and best parks we've ever seen--the type we wish we had as children. With so many different slides, climbing walls, games, and interactive aspects to the park, it really looks like something out of a storybook.

A Park Above can be found in the city of Rio Rancho at 2441 Westside Ct. SE. It is a huge six acres filled with fun activities and things to explore.

The playground was specifically designed and built to universal design standards to provide enough activities to be usable for everyone.

Some of the best state of the art amenities at A Park above include the splash pad, which is open every day from 10 - 6 p.m., outdoor musical instruments, a dog park, outdoor exercise equipment, and a bocce court.

The jungle gym is also incredibly impressive. With a rock climbing wall, 4-person see-saws, tire climbs, balance beams, and tons of slides, this really is one of the best jungle gyms in the state.

The outdoor musical instruments also cannot be overlooked and are a very neat addition to this park.

Birthday parties and other celebrations are also encouraged at the park!
