There's a lot to love about New Hampshire, but one of our favorite things is how things look in the winter. After a fresh snowfall the land is quite and the beauty of the landscape is unmistakable. It's fun to get out and hike, snow shoe or cross-country ski, but we recently found an even better way to check things out!

If you're a skier you're already familiar with the trails and activities that exist when the snow falls.

But there's actually another way to enjoy winter here.

If you love the landscape of the state after a fresh snow, you'll love seeing it from the air!

Loon Mountain offers one of the most thrilling ziplines you can find!

First you'll strap in at the platform while you gaze out over the landscape that you're just about to soar above!

The trip takes you 750-feet above the Pemigewasset River.

Then you'll head back across the river to enjoy everything on offer at the Adventure Center.

This is a great way to enjoy the state during the winter!

Loon Mountain ziplining is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday and on Holidays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The cost is $29 per person and it's best to make a reservation ahead of time. For more information check out their website or visit them on Facebook. You can reach them on 800-229-5666.
