Coppal House Farm in New Hampshire hosts a Sunflower Festival each summer, featuring 10 acres of sunflowers, live music, kids' activities, and horse-drawn wagon rides.
Sunflowers are just gorgeous - and there's something so cheerful about their bright yellow petals. Who can resist them? While you might have a few growing in your garden or admire them as you drive about town, did you know that one New Hampshire farm dedicates 10 entire acres to growing these beauties, and then holds a festival to let you admire them? It's a beautiful springtime event the family will cherish every year. Head on over to this amazing sunflower field in New Hampshire for the experience of a lifetime.
Located in Lee, Coppal House Farm is a 78-acre family-run operation.
One of their biggest products is unrefined, non-GMO sunflower oil that is cold-pressed using traditional methods.
To make all that sunflower oil, they need an awfully big sunflower field - 10 acres, in fact!
Each summer when the blooms are at their peak, the farm holds a Sunflower Festival celebrating the beautiful blooms.
It's hugely popular with photographers who love to capture the colorful flowers, especially when the light is falling just right.
Of course, it's also a perfect opportunity for families - and a chance to get that Christmas card photo out of the way!
Kids are entranced by the large flowers, which in many cases are taller than them.
The festival has live music, kids' activities, and horse-drawn wagon rides.
Don't forget to visit the farm animals while you're there!
