Oh, New Hampshire. If we were to count all the things we love about you we'd be here a very, very long time. But, all that time is worth it for the moments when we can give a little extra attention to our absolute favorites. Today we're telling you about one of the most old-school eateries in the state. There's a good chance you've grown up eating meals here, but if you haven't be sure to make the trip!

The homiest, yummiest spot in New Hampshire for a good meal might just be Parker's Maple Barn new Mason.

They've been around since the 1960s and the family-owned history is palpable throughout the walls.

Know what else you can't miss within these walls? The absolutely delectable smell of a home-cooked breakfast.

The restaurant sits within an old barn dating back to the 1800s when it operated as a dairy barn.

Parker's is open until 2 p.m. and they specialize in breakfast and brunch. A can't miss item on the menu? Parker's Maple Barn special which comes with two eggs, home fries, ham hash, and their fluffy homemade pancakes.

For a more savory meal order the eggs Florentine which come with poached eggs (duh), spinach and a delicious Hollandaise sauce. Home fries on the side make this a gut-buster.

If you want something you won't find a lot of other places, get yourself a plate of chicken and waffles.

And, for the heck of it, go ahead and treat yourself to the cinnamon buns! You special thing, you!

Of course, it all comes with maple syrup.

And that's because Parker's Maple Barn makes all of their maple syrup themselves. From March through April you can take a tour to see the process that the family has used for over than three decades.

And then, when you're full of breakfast and maple syrup making knowledge, stop by the Corn Cob gift shop to get some things to bring home.
