See for yourself by taking this historic train for a ride through Cass County, Missouri. You'll chug along this short rail line and see the small town of Belton as you ride towards Kansas City. Plus, each train ride come with an extra special treat!
All aboard the Belton, Grandview, and Kansas City Railroad for a fun 45 minute ride. You can even ride up front with the engineer and see how the train is operated.
The Belton, Grandview, and Kansas City Railroad's line is a short section of what was once the St. Louis and San Francisco's Blair Line. The railway was constructed in the late 1800's and was actively used through the 1980's.
Board the 1920's era passenger coach and transport yourself back in time. Sit among the flags and relax as the world goes by. Guests can also ride on the open air excursion car so you can feel the wind in your hair.
Kid's love this historic train adventure. If you take a Friday trip, prepare for an extra special treat! Each passenger gets a bowl of ice cream with all the fixings. It's the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day.
See Cass County like never before and enjoy a ride along the historic Frisco line. The train operates Fridays at 7 p.m., Saturdays at 11 a.m and 2 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m. through June. In July and August the train will not operate on Sundays. Friday tickets at $12 per person and Saturday/Sunday tickets are $10 per person. Only two lucky riders can travel with the engineer and those tickets are $25 a person, but book early because they sell out quickly!
