The Indian Creek Recreation Center lies within the Alexander State Forest in Rapides Parish.

Just between I-49 and US Why 165.

It’s 100 acres of developed recreation facilities, 250 acres of camping areas, and a stunning 2,250 acre lake.

Indian Creek Lake is the perfect place for swimming, fishing, or spending the day exploring the lake on a boat or a kayak.

With over five miles to lakefront, there’s breathtaking scenery no matter where you look.

Other amenities include a boat launch, bathrooms, laundry facilities, a playground, and a covered pavilion that’s available for rent.
