Dog Slaughter Falls is in the Daniel Boone National Forest near Corbin, Kentucky, and can be found at the end of a moderate 2.4-mile out-and-back hiking trail through beautiful woods.
The trail has many scenic features like intriguing rock formations with all kinds of mossy growths and colorful striations.
As you get closer to the swimming hole and the waterfalls you’ll see the lovely babbling creek where you can just take a moment to enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds as you breathe out the stress of the city.
