The Natural Lazy River In Georgia Where You’ll Find Us All Summer Long

When most of us hear the term "lazy river," our minds go to a man-made, chlorinated lazy river at one of the many water parks in Georgia. In truth, we do have some pretty spectacular spots to spend the summer if you're looking for a family-friendly amusement park filled with water rides. But here in the Peach State, we also love nature, and there's certainly more than enough rivers and lakes to entertain us! If you're looking for a great natural river in Georgia, it doesn't get much better than a trip down the mighty Tallapoosa River with Lazy River Rentals of West Georgia in Tallapoosa, GA. Check it out:

The Tallapoosa River gets its start in Paulding County, Georgia and runs southwest to Wetumpka, Alabama. The best-known recreation area along the river is Lake Martin in Dadeville, Alabama, but there's plenty of river for us to enjoy here in the Peach State, too!

Lazy River Rentals provides everything you need for a great time on the river. Both kayak rentals and tube rentals are available.

The rental price includes transportation to and from the river.

Reservations and walk-ins are accepted, and you can choose how long you'd like to spend out on the river. Float sessions are available for two, three, or five hours.

No chlorine here! It's not unusual to run across wild critters while out on the river.

It doesn't get much more relaxing than kicking back and enjoying a float down a river, does it?

This is a wonderful activity the entire family can enjoy!
