Towards the end of the mile, the creek cuts deep into the canyon for a unique path.

This creates walls of rock shelters and towering formations. It's easy to feel tiny compared to these massive boulders!

You'll come across plenty of smaller falls on your way to the trail's feature.

Most of these are weather-dependent so be sure to take the trail within a few days of a recent rain. The smaller waterfalls vary but are all worth admiring before continuing the trek.

Although there's no designated trail, you'll definitely know when you've arrived at your destination.

The trail is pretty straight forward since you just need to follow the creek there and back. On the left side of the creek is a smaller stream that will lead you uphill to Balanced Rock Falls. Do take care since this trek is steep!

The waterfall and its surroundings are simply breathtaking in person. After you've taken your pictures you just need to follow the creek back to the bridge.
