You’ll Love The Easy Hikes To These 6 Natural Arches In Arizona

Arizona has no shortage of beautiful views, so why not enjoy a hike outside while the temperatures are nice? Natural arches and bridges are usually associated with Utah’s most remote areas, but you can find a good number throughout Arizona, too. Plus, some of these are easy to reach! Let’s take a look at some arches and bridges that can be accessed through short hikes that can easily be done before lunchtime. Looking for some of the best hikes in Arizona? Look no further!

1. Arch Canyon Trail

This is a short, easy hike with beautiful views of this remote canyon in Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument in southern Arizona. The arch looks small from afar but it’s actually huge, measuring 700 feet in length!

2. Chiricahua Natural Bridge

Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any useable photos of this lovely bridge in Chiricahua National Monument, but check out the link below to see some lovely views! This trail is under five miles long and does have some steep inclines, but the views in this quiet section of the park are worth it.

3. Devil’s Bridge

This incredibly popular destination near Sedona is actually one of the most heavenly sights you’ll find in the area. There are actually a couple different trails you can take to get to the bridge, so decide if you want to endure steep inclines to make it to the top of the bridge or take an easier trail to see the bridge from below. 4. Hole-in-the-Rock

This could barely be considered a trail but the views here are spectacular and it is the easiest trail on this list. Hole-in-the-Rock is located in Papago Park in Phoenix that shows off lovely views of this area of Phoenix, perfectly framed by the rock.

5. Tonto Natural Bridge

The world’s largest travertine bridge sits in central Arizona, hidden away in the pines of the Mogollon Rim. You’ll find multiple trails leading to the bridge, each showing off their own unique version of the natural area. Keep in mind that a seasonal waterfall and creek flows here, so watch out for slippery areas!

6. Vultee Arch

Found a short distance from Devil’s Bridge in Sedona, the trail to Vultee Arch is slightly less crowded than that for Devil’s Bridge but it’s no less beautiful. This trail is also easier on the knees and easy to follow for beginners.
