A Cahaba lily is an aquatic plant that grows in Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. It includes three white flowers that measure an inch wide.

Interestingly, the Cahaba River National Wildlife Refuge is home to the largest known stand of Cahaba lilies in the world. The best time to see these special flowers are when they're in full bloom, which is from mid-May to mid-June.
