Cheaha State Park, which covers nearly 3,000 acres, is located atop Cheaha Mountain in Delta, Alabama. Surrounded completely by the Talladega National Forest, this state park is a nature lover's dream.
Established in 1933, Cheaha State Park is Alabama's oldest continuously operated state park. With an elevation of 2,407 feet, it's also the Yellowhammer State's highest natural point.
