There are lots of ways to cheer up a dreary day. A shopping trip, getting together with friends, and enjoying some time outside are all great ways to turn around a dismal mood. But, sometimes you need a little something extra. That’s when I like to get creative. Instead of any ol’ hike, I might head out for a waterfall hike. Instead of making lunch, I might hit a unique restaurant I wouldn’t otherwise visit. And, when the doldrums strike in August, I like to head for the flowers! Located in Craig, Applestem Corn Maze offers the most incredible sunflower festival in Montana. The bloom is short, so you can bet I’ll be there on a bad day and a good day!
