Enjoy A Savory Steak Dinner And Spend The Night In Big Sky Country At Buck’s T-4 Lodge In Montana
Much like the saying goes about Paris, Big Sky is always a good idea. A trip to Montana’s most charming resort village is always a blast, whether you enjoy skiing or just love the great outdoors. And when hunger strikes, you know you can always count on a fantastic meal at Buck’s T-4 Lodge and Restaurant. If you fill up on delicious steak and potatoes, just rent a room and spend the night.
Buck's T-4 Lodge is a popular hotel in Big Sky with historic roots.
It was established in 1946 when Buck and Helen Knight opened it as a hunting camp, complete with cabins. In 1950, two of the cabins were slid together and converted into the present bar.
The property has undergone a lot of changes over the years, but it has always been run by a family who cares about it.
And while you can't get a room with a meal for $12 anymore like you could in 1946, you can still enjoy a great stay for a reasonable rate.
The rooms here are clean, comfortable and spacious, and they were all remodeled as recently as January of 2019.
And even in the peak season, you can usually get a beautiful room here for under $200 per night.
But as nice as the hotel is, more often than not, it's the on-site restaurant that draws the crowds.
The restaurant was added to the property in 1982, much to the delight of the community.
Buck's is one of the finest restaurants in town, and it has earned a lot of local recognition and awards.
Chef Scott Mechura uses fresh, local ingredients and traditional culinary techniques to prepare delicious entrees any Montanan can enjoy.
The dinner menu is full of steaks, sandwiches, salads, and wild game.
You can expect to hear about some fantastic daily specials when you arrive as well.
Buck's T-4 Lodge and Restaurant is ready to welcome customers for dinner again after a strange year.
Reservations are recommended -- their summer season tends to be quite busy.
Could you use an end of summer staycation? Buck’s is
