Marina Cantina In Mississippi Is Officially Open And Here’s What You Need To Know

The newest restaurant on the Gulf Coast just opened this month and you do not want to miss out on this flavor. And though it hasn’t been open long, it’s already clear that it was well worth the wait.

Marina Cantina opened in Ocean Springs in April 2022.

This is actually the second Marina Cantina to open on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The first opened in Gulfport in 2020.

Described as “Cabo San Lucas hits Mississippi,” the new restaurant is a waterfront oasis – complete with boat parking and an amazing outdoor space.

The spacious outdoor deck, which overlooks the Back Bay and Old Fort Bayou, boasts two bars, lots of seating, and yard games.

Nothing about Marina Cantina is average – and that includes the fare.

A mix of fresh seafood, Southern comfort food, and Central American and Southwest-inspired dishes, the fare is truly unique.

It’s also super fresh. Everything on the menu is made on-site, from scratch.

Of all the dishes on the menu, it’s already clear the Primo Tacos reign supreme.

Taco fans are sure to be pleased with the selection, which includes several varieties – even veggie tacos.

Other specialties include a Wagyu Gouda burger and a grilled fajita burrito.

Seasonal and local favorites, like boiled crawfish, are also part of the fare.

Not in the mood for a heavy meal? No problem! The menu features an array of apps. There’s also a drink menu with craft beers, cocktails, and more.
