Make sure your AC is in tip-top shape because it looks like it won’t be getting much of a break this winter. According to the Farmer’s Almanac, "winter will be warmer than normal."
So, just how does the Farmer’s Almanac come up with these weather predictions? According to its website, the forecasts are made by "comparing solar patterns and historical weather conditions with current solar activity."
Not so sure about Mississippi’s winter forecast? Last year, the almanac predicted the state would experience a "chilly, wet" winter with a high chance for snow, which turned out to be true.
