Opened in the fall of 2021, Beachside at Buoy’s can be found inside Buoy’s, a waterfront bar that’s long been a Gulf Coast staple.

Being that it’s located inside a bar, it should go without saying that Beachside at Buoy’s Bar is a laidback kind of place.

The Gallows Bar is hidden in the basement of the Wierhouse, a century-old building right on the square in Brandon.

Estimated to be the oldest building in Rankin County, the historic structure dates back to the 1800s and has served as everything from a jail to a hardware store.

And though it’s been beautifully restored, the building still retains many of its original features, such as hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and high ceilings.
