Drive Or Walk Through Millions Of Holiday Lights At Christmas In The Park In Mississippi
Viewing dazzling light displays is probably one of the most popular Christmas traditions. Lucky for us, there are several great displays here in the Magnolia State – and one that belongs on your seasonal bucket list is Christmas in the Park. The glowing display features millions of colorful lights and a whole lot of holiday cheer! Take a look:
With tons of opportunities for outdoor fun, Holmes County State Park in Tylertown is a great visit year-round.
Driving tours are available nightly (weather permitting) from Thanksgiving until New Year’s Eve 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Admission is $5 for cars, $10 for commercial vans, and $20 for passenger buses.
A great choice, the walking tour allows you to move through the display at your own pace. It also gives you a chance to get a close-up look at the intricate display (and take some pics).
The walking tour brings with it another treat – Santa and Mrs. Clause! The big guy in the red suit and his wife will be at the park for pictures. Hot chocolate and cookies are also available, perfectly completing the festive fun.
