Eagle Valley Cafe, in the charming Mississippi River town of Wabasha – the oldest community in the state – is a tiny restaurant in Minnesota. With seating for at least a couple dozen, including the counter and a few tables, it’s by no means the smallest (that’s most likely Al’s Breakfast in Dinkytown), but it’s atmosphere is certainly intimate. What it lacks in floor space, though, it makes up for in big, hearty portions with plenty of comfort food flavor!

Eagle Valley Cafe is kinda small, but it’s definitely mighty – and you will certainly not regret stopping in for a meal. I live in the Cities, and for me, it’s a road trip destination. The food is just that good! Check out Eagle Valley Cafe’s Facebook page for more info.
