Of these, we’d venture to guess that just about every one has a roadside restaurant or two parked along its edge. Though these spots are typically as no-frills as you can get, they often serve up some of the best comfort food around. That’s certainly the case for the aptly named Roadside Restaurant in Aitkin, Minnesota. Located right off Highway 169, this spot is a treat for anyone traveling along the road.
