Next Time You’re In Northern Minnesota, Stop Into Our Place, A Charming Log Cabin Restaurant
Just about every small town near Minnesota’s North Shore has at least one restaurant that caters to locals and visitors alike. These places are great spots to go when you want a hearty, stick-to-your-ribs meal that will keep you full for the rest of the day. That’s certainly the case with one little log cabin restaurant in Finland, Minnesota. This restaurant, called Our Place, is known for its tasty food, comfortable vibe, and great service. Take a look:
Our Place is a cozy little spot in the small town of Finland along Minnesota's North shore. As soon as you pull up, you'll appreciate its setting among thick northern woods.
The restaurant looks just like a log cabin, complete with a stone chimney. In warmer months, it's nice to take a seat outside to enjoy the natural surroundings.
But the inside is great, too. The log cabin theme continues with knotty pine and hunting-themed decor. If you're not hungry, sidle up to the bar for a stiff drink.
This place may be far from a major city, but it does fill up around mealtime. The bustling atmosphere will give you plenty to talk about with your dining partners.
When it comes time to order, you'll have plenty of options on the restaurant's large menu. For breakfast, you can't go wrong with an omelet alongside bacon and toast.
But if it's a sweeter breakfast you crave, try the pancakes! They're huge, fluffy, and cooked to perfection. A stack of these will surely fill you up until lunchtime.
But breakfast isn't the only thing on the menu. Our Place is open for lunch and dinner, too. Order fish or chicken alongside a hearty baked potato and dinner roll.
