The Minnesota Renaissance Festival takes place in August and September every year. In 2019, the festival is on weekends from August 17 to September 29. It's also open on Labor Day and September 27 for Festival Friday.
Other activities include eating tasty fair foods, including some that look like they come from another century. You don't want to miss out on a turkey leg!
There are also many vendors at the fair. There are around 300 vendors who sell everything from costumes to blown glass to tapestries. You'll have a hard time walking away without buying anything.
Tickets to the Minnesota Renaissance Festival are on sale now. Prices start at 21.95 for adults and 13.95 for children if you buy in advance. At the gates, prices are a little higher. Check out the website and Facebook page to see what’s new with the festival.
