Luverne is home to a funky little diner that proves our point exactly. Visit and you’ll find a crossroads of culture and food — especially if you’re a music lover. Vinnie's Dang Fine Dine is a little-known restaurant in southwestern Minnesota. From the outside, you can tell that you're in for a fun, funky experience as soon as you walk in.
