Our first stop is Yoder's Country Market in Centreville, Michigan, where donuts, cookies, and freshly baked bread are available. Besides the bakery, you’ll find a deli, salad bar, and a market. Jon, the market owner, is famous for his grilled meats served at the market. Bring a cooler along on your road trip so you can buy some savory meats to take home with you.
In Quincy, you’ll find the quaint Amish Country Bakery where Betty makes homemade ice cream, candy, pies, cookies, and special seasonal treats. The small shop is like stepping back in time and you’ll want to bring cash to purchase your Amish goodies.
Drive up to Clare which is a small Michigan town with a large Amish population. Country Cookstove Bakery and Bake Shop is a must-visit for its delectable cinnamon rolls, fry pies, jams, and homemade bread.
