However, all Bay Staters either call this beauty Tobin Bridge, or its former name, Mystic River Bridge. This magnificent structure spans across nearly 12,000 feet, passing through Boston, Chelsea, and Charlestown. Tobin Bridge is 6-lanes wide, and has become a true landmark in Massachusetts. Being the tallest and most impressive bridge in our state, it’s easy to say that Tobin Bridge is the best bridge in the Bay State.
