We might be a bit biased, but we think Massachusetts has some of the best food in the entire country — and some of it comes from some pretty unexpected spots. And since its 2014 opening, people have been driving from near and far to try it.
It all started in 2010 when Nick and Birdie opened a food truck in Florida they called The Bistro Box.

Nick and Birdie both graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, and they have a serious passion for food. They opened The Bistro Box in Great Barrington in 2014, and for that we are thankful.
The menu here is a hybrid between traditional burger shack food and modern cafe fare.

These are Spring Fries, which aren't always available. The Chili Cheese Fries, however, are on the regular menu.
