America’s Oldest County Fair Is Happening This Summer In Massachusetts
There’s no more magical time than opening day at the county fair. This year, the oldest fair in America is once again throwing its gates wide to welcome visitors and locals to a weekend of fun. Here’s what you need to know about the Three County Fair.
Come one, come all to the Three County Fair in Northampton, Massachusetts!
This is the longest-running agricultural fair in the country!
It’s been going strong since the early 1800s, which means they’ve had over 200 years to craft the perfect fair experience.
Nowadays, this summer fair includes plenty of rides, live acts, games, and animals.
You can check out an old-time lumberjack show, meet baby chicks and rabbits, take a look at antique tractors, and catch a ride on a draft horse wagon.
Soar through the air on classic carnival rides and compete with your friends at challenging fairground games.
Attendees will also be delighted by the classic car show, wine tastings, vendors, and glitzy cowgirl trick shows.
And of course, you won’t want to miss amazing music acts like Farewell Angelina, Charlie Marie, and King Country.
Admission is just $12 per adult and $10 per senior. Kids under 12 get in free!
This year’s fair is happening August 30 through September 2, 2019. Don’t miss out!
