Welcome to SRV!
SRV is Boston's first ever Venetian-style bacaro. You might be asking, what is a bacaro?
Simply put, a bacaro is the word that Venetians use for bar. Typically, a bacaro serves a small glass of wine and cicchetto, which is their word for small plates.
SRV beautifully emulates a rustic bacaro straight out of Italy. Complete with an entire cicchetto menu, and an extensive wine list with exclusively Italian wines, you can feel like you've escaped to the streets of Venice while being in Boston's South End.
Besides their small plates, SRV offers an incredible full menu. Their pasta is made in house with flour that's milled themselves. The risotto is made-to-order, and the menu is constantly shifting to add more flare.
SRV does everything they can to truly represent Venice. Complete with a dine-in family-style Arsenale menu, you can experience authentic cuisine from La Serenissima.
If you're looking for a unique and authentic Venetian bacaro experience, there's always something new to be had at SRV in Massachusetts.
