The Barnstable Village Ghost Hunt In Massachusetts Isn’t For The Faint Of Heart

Are you brave enough to try and capture evidence of the supernatural on a moonlit night? This intense ghost hunting tour will let you wander through the haunted sites of Barnstable Village and give you the chance to get hands-on with actual ghost-detecting equipment.

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! And on that note, please nominate your favorite local business that could use some love right now:

The Barnstable Village Ghost Hunter’s Tour is held on Monday and Friday nights from April 16 to November 15. The tour group meets at 7 p.m. at the Old Jail on the grass. Adult tickets are $20 and child tickets (8-12 years of age) are $10. Kids under eight are free, though we don’t really recommend bringing the tots along for this one.

The meeting spot address is 3353 Main St. (6A), Barnstable, Mass. To reserve your space, call (508) 771-2725. Check out the tour’s Cape Cod’s Haunted & History Tour Co. Facebook page for more information. If you love a good ghost story, try this haunted road trip in Massachusetts.
