Fresh seafood is plentiful throughout the Bay State, but if you want the freshest of fresh there's one place in Sandwich that calls itself a "boat-to-table" restaurant. Fishermen's View is an incredible restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood off the boat in Massachusetts.
Located along the scenic Cape Cod Canal in Sandwich, Fishermen's View Seafood Market & Restaurant is a family-owned establishment that's popular among locals and tourists alike.
Fishermen's View offers an extensive menu that features plenty of fresh seafood dishes, clam chowder, sushi, and a whole lot more. On top of the excellent cuisine, guests can enjoy some of the most scenic water views on the Cape.
Fishermen's View first opened in 2015 right by the Sandwich Marina by local fishermen, Bob and Denny Colbert. This "boat-to-table" seafood market and restaurant with a bar has become one of the most popular restaurants on the Cape.
The fish sold at the market and served in the restaurant is locally-source and some of the freshest around. Some of it is even caught from and delivered to Fishermen's View by the restaurant's own commercial fishing boat named Miss Julie.
When you dine at Fishermen's View, you know you'll be served the freshest fish and shellfish possible. How about the pan seared scallops, crab-stuffed haddock, or swordfish steak?
Do you like sushi? Well, you'll love the sushi served here at Fishermen's View. You may want to try a spicy tuna lobster roll, a scallop roll, and a scorpion roll for an incredible meal.
While the menu is jam-packed with fresh and fried fish dishes, there are several non-fish options on the menu. But if you love seafood, you can't get any fresher than what's served at this boat-to-table restaurant in Sandwich.
