Maryland is pretty diverse from city to city when it comes to agriculture, population, etc. When it comes to highest incomes however, it seems Montgomery County and Howard County constantly top the list. The following list from Zip Atlas ranks the richest cities in Maryland based on average household income. Keep in mind, cities where residents are paid the most usually also have a higher cost of living.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
Did any of these surprise you? Would you like to live in any of these cities, or do you prefer quieter, rural areas? Share your thoughts in the comments.
